Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JMGMT aviation maintenance management platform (the "Service"), operated by Joker Aviation LLC ("Joker Aviation," "we," "us"). The Service is licensed to FAA Part 145 repair stations and other aircraft maintenance organizations (the "Customer") under a separate Software Services Agreement; these Terms describe your rights and obligations as an individual user accessing the platform through your Customer organization's license.
1. Eligibility
The Service is provided exclusively to employees and contractors of FAA Part 145 maintenance organizations and similar aviation businesses authorized by Joker Aviation. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Your right to use the Service is granted by your Customer organization's administrator and may be revoked at any time by that administrator or by Joker Aviation.
2. Accounts & passwords
Your account is provisioned by your Customer organization's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Where two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, you must keep your enrolled mobile device under your sole control. Loss of access to your mobile device should be reported to your administrator, who can disable 2FA using your one-time recovery codes.
3. SMS terms
If your administrator enrolls you in two-factor authentication via SMS, you agree to receive verification codes at the mobile number you provide. Codes are sent only after you enter your password at sign-in (typically 1–2 messages per session). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any verification SMS. Opting out disables 2FA on your
account and reverts you to password-only sign-in (or, if your role requires 2FA per Customer policy, will block
sign-in until your administrator re-enrolls you with a new phone number). Reply HELP for assistance.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access the Service through any means other than the interfaces we provide
- Share your account credentials with anyone, or allow another person to sign in as you
- Attempt to bypass security or access controls
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to store, transmit, or process data unrelated to aviation maintenance operations
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or Customer policy
5. Customer data
All operational data you enter into the Service — work orders, time-clock entries, parts records, signatures, invoices, audit trail entries, and similar content — belongs to your Customer organization. Joker Aviation operates the platform on the Customer's behalf and does not claim ownership of Customer data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected, used, and protected.
6. Intellectual property
The JMGMT software, including all underlying code, design, data structures, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Joker Aviation LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your right to use the Service is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license under your Customer organization's Software Services Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors beyond our reasonable control. Service-level commitments to the Customer are set forth in the Customer's Software Services Agreement.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joker Aviation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joker Aviation's total cumulative liability arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the fees paid by your Customer organization in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. In no event will Joker Aviation be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
Your right to access the Service may be revoked at any time by your Customer organization's administrator or by Joker Aviation. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
